At Pee Skin & MedSPA, client satisfaction is extremely important to us. We aim to provide high-quality services and products. Please read our refund and return policies carefully:
Services:
Payments for spa services, skincare treatments, and consultations are non-refundable once rendered.
If you are dissatisfied with a service, please inform us immediately. We will make every effort to resolve your concerns through corrective service or future service credit.
Prepaid packages or sessions are non-refundable but may be transferable to another service or individual (with management approval).
Products:
Products purchased from Pee Skin & MedSPA are eligible for exchange only if they are unopened, unused, and returned within 7 days of purchase, along with the original receipt.
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns of any opened, used, or damaged skincare and wellness products.
If a product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it for an exchange or store credit.
Special Promotions:
Items or services purchased as part of a special promotion, sale, or discounted package are final sale and not eligible for refunds.
Missed Appointments and Cancellations:
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Missed appointments without proper notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of prepaid services.
