Appointment Bookings:
Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in-person at our spa.
A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
Full payment is expected at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations and Rescheduling:
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to your appointment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.
No-shows or missed appointments without notice may be charged the full service fee.
Arrival Time:
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early for your appointment to allow for check-in and consultation.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time or rescheduling.
Health and Medical Information:
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information before any treatment.
Certain conditions may require adjustments or restrictions on services for your safety.
All client information is treated with strict confidentiality.
Refunds:
Payments for services are non-refundable once rendered.
Refunds or exchanges for products are handled according to our Refund and Return Policy.
Promotions and Packages:
Special offers, packages, and discounts are subject to availability and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
Prepaid packages must be used within the validity period provided at the time of purchase.
Right to Refuse Service:
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves inappropriately or whose health condition may be contraindicated for the treatment requested.
